Welcome to I Giardini di Naxos. Naxos is a Greek island in the South Aegean; Giardini di Naxos is a town in the Metropolitan City of Messina in Sicily. These are the origins of our experience all around the Mediterranean sea. I was born in Naples and as chef and visitor had the opportunity to live and work in place as Sicily, Tuscany, Amalfi coast, Aagean islands, Mallorca and Ibiza between others. Naxos restaurant is born with idea to offer a menu as a mix of traditions and culture, presenting continual rotation of freshest and convenient product from the market. Through the food we want to express the idea that around the table we eat, we talk, we put together experiences and differences. Every act related to food, even the simplest and most daily, expresses a culture. Through that we pass tastes and flavors, but also stories and knowledge.
